They definitely are in hell right now. Only part of her remains have been found so far... her skull. There are new searches going on in the area right now where her skull was found to see if the rest of her can be located.

What made this so horrible is where Holly lived, and where she was abducted from is a very, very small town. Which meant more than likely, her abductor(s) and killer(s) were known at least somewhat to her family. The fact that it took 3 years to find some trace of her, and to make arrests in her case is so disturbing... small towns are full of secrets, deadly ones. in a town this small, the only way it took this long for this huge break is because there were several people covering up the crime. I can't imagine being in the Bobo family's shoes... desperate for answers, and the very people who had those answers, (some of whom participated in the searches for Holly) wouldn't tell what they know. And I'm sure there is much more to this case that has yet to be uncovered.

The suspects in the murder of Holly Bobo have asked the judge to dismiss all charges, citing lack of evidence. 

The lawyers for Zachary Rye and Jason Autrey have stated they have yet to recieve "dental records analysis and forensics studies" of a skull that law enforcement says is Bobo's.

The 20 year old  nursing student was last seen in April 2011 and her body was found in September 2014.

Reuters/MSN: A third man has been charged with murder in the 2011 disappearance of nursing student Holly Bobo.

Shelby County DA reports that John Dylan Adams has been charged with first degree murder, kidnapping and rape in the 20 year old's death.

Two others have also been charged with tampering with evidence and accessories after the fact.

From CBS Crimesider: A year has passed since the remains of nursing student Holly Bobo were found in the woods near Decatur County, Tennessee. Bobo was first reported missing in April 2011 and her partial remains were found three years later in 2014, not far from the home of one of the men accused charged in her death.

Mark Gwyn, the director of the TBI, said at the time the investigation was one of the most expensive and exhaustive in the history of the Tennessee Bureau of Investigation.

Dylan Adams now faces first-degree murder and aggravated kidnapping charges, according to the indictments. Adams previously has been charged in the case with rape and tampering with evidence. He is being held in Weakley County.
