Charles Manson denied parole for the 11th time

AP: Cocoran,Ca;
Charles Manson was denied parole for the 11th time on Wed.Since 1978,he has been denied on the grounds he is still a danger to society.

Manson,72,did not attend the hearing or send a representitive citing that he considers himself to be,"a prisoner of the political system" according to Los Angeles Deputy District Attorney Patrick Sequeira.

Um.Yeah.Tell that to Sharon Tate you freak. While I believe that some criminals have the potential to be rehabilitated,someone like Manson wouldn't be one of them.He has had 12 diciplinary violations since his last hearing in 2002.The board recomended to hold him without another hearing until 2012.

How comfortable would you all be if you knew Charles Manson was out on parole?   evileye

Thank God he was denied !!!!  He needs to continue to be denied until he dies in prison.  He is one weird man , it is still in his eyes... He should never be able to see the light of day outside the prison walls... At least that is my opinion!furious

They televised the parole hearings of his female family members,Linda Kasabian's was the one I saw.She was one who actually did the killing on Manson's orders.She  cried and said she was different and would never hurt anyone.

Screw that.You can rot in that prison for all I care.You shouldn't evn be eligible.

Manson is clearly insane and in no way should be released.  evileye

Did you ever read "Child of Satan, Child of God" by Susan Atkins? Now there was a piece of fiction if I ever read any. I knew her brother Steven a long time ago and he was so ashamed that he would never let people know his last name. I had read letters she had sent to him from prison and she is a real loon!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Too bad they were given life when the DP was halted a while back. But then LWOP should mean "WITHOUT PAROLE"
JMHO

I never read that and I'd like to,just because of what you just said. I feel bad for her brother.That guy is practically a victim too. This is probably going to make someone somewhere angry but it's my board so too bad.

None of the Manson family members deserve to be parole eligible.If they were stupid enough to fall in line with that grimy psycho and kill people for him the deserve to be on death row.I think it sucks that California doesn't put their money where their mouth is as far as the death penalty is concerned.

Charles Manson is a prime candidate and not able to be rehabilitated.He should have been executed years ago before the law changed.And all his scumbag women shouldn't be eligible for parole.EVER.You are 100% right when you say it means "without parole".I agree completely.

Look at like this:Is Jay Sebring eligible for a new life? Is Sharon Tate and her unborn baby?  evileye
