Thank you Anna for the warm welcome and I appreciate you share my concern.

I will most certainly keep you updated as this progresses! My client and I went to the FBI Tuesday, June 10th, 2008 and filed a report against this gentleman PERSONALLY ONLY for the libel damage he has created publicly on the internet here:

I am very interested to hear what he says to you, if you can, please RECORD it and send me a duplicate copy so we can use it as further evidence.

I DOUBT he will tell you to go to "" or get lost, this man Linn Boyd is a VERY VERY smooth criminal and EXTREMELY sincere/convincing liar. He will talk to you in a very calm, soft, rational tone and keep his composure intact while he lies through his ears. Fortunately, we have TRUTH on our side, and the paper documentation evidence to back it up.

He has absolutely nothing but bluffs and 100% lies. Lies that are so outrageous it makes my client and I crack up histerically. Linn Boyd has made SEVERAL threats to this family that is sueing him, and I personally will be sueing him for the libel report he created on ripoffreport.com. Interestingly enough, he MADE UP that ripoffreport 3 DAYS after my client and I opened law suit in district court against him personally, Linn Boyd, and against his LLC company Zogmo LLC..

Please do either POST here or email me at AttorneyHoustonTexas@gmail.com so I can have a paper hard copy print out. Any lies he tells you, it would be also excellent if you could have him show you PROOF, as he actively creates fiction every 2 seconds and has refused to show/send one shred of proof in the past 9 months! He has only sent my client 1 ENTIRELY incorrect FALSE invoice (nearly $8,000), 1 time, and refused to explain in detail the charges, the numbers looked like he had just used his imagination and cooked them up, purely in efforts to steal my clients $15,000 worth of equipment. We can use this in court against him as well.

Those 3 are definitely Linn Boyd's Numbers, lol. He is just playing games. Sorry piece of trash thinks he is better than the law and can get away with theft of property and slander with no repercussions.

He PERSONALLY usually answers:

He answers starting off with "THIS IS LINN." No hello or anything.

Whoever answered, how did they answer?

well the jerk ACTUALLY showed up to court on friday, late & unexpectedly but was a pleasant surprise as we can finally get this case started. In Linn Boyd's Case, he can get his Circus started as that will be what he will be performing.

The arrogant Linn Boyd replied to our discovery request with much important documentation missing, with false invoices he has just now created in the past 45 days (since served with discovery request), and with a BLANK contract my client has NEVER been shown before Friday when I handed him the large stack of papers, he went through in only 45 MINUTES to sort through 300 pages and marked pretty much the whole thing important. My client and I STRONGLY feel that THE WHOLE 300+ page packet Linn Boyd's attorney sent us is convincing evidence to support OUR case, so we are VERY curious to see how Mr. Boyd will ATTEMPT unsuccessfully to spin it to his favor, which we really cannot see done. EVERY single piece of evidence he has supplied us with is ENTIRELY in our favor, even in LINN BOYD's OWN WORDS. The man did not even take an hour and READ THROUGH the documentation before sending it to us.

We have a hearing with the judge today, if you are in Houston I invite you to attend as it will be MOST interesting.

So what happened at the hearing? I called twice for comment,no answer any any number. I'll call now and then to see if I can catch him,Mr. Houston.
