The courts have cleared the way for the family of Laci Rocha Peterson to bring a civil suit against her murderer,former husband Scott Peterson. He denies killing her and asks that the court deny any suit's validity.

I think it goes without saying that he should be held responsible.And someone correct me if I'm wrong but aren't his parents pretty well off?He was caught with $15,000 in cash and I don't think he worked hard for that money.Anyway,you can check it out at the link below.  evileye

Ok Anna it is giving me BS again it let me post two comments and then when I tried to post a reply to this comment it said my IP had been banned by administrator. So If I can't reply to your Topics in an normal way I guess I will quit trying .. Don't know why it allowed me to do it on 2 and not this one. Help me out here if you know why.
