10 Years ago Matthew Sheppard was kidnapped,pistol-whipped,beaten and tied to a fence to tie in a freezing Wyoming night.
Pretty much everyone believes it was because he was gay.
I'm not going to get into the argument here about morality and my personal choice.I will say that it is illegal to beat and tie up a pistol whipped man in a freezing cold night. He didn't even have shoes on,from what I've been told.Is that true?
This is the 10 year anniversery of the murder of Matthew Sheppard. And his mother,is asking us to look inside ourselves and ask:did we do enough?
