Family Drops Wrongful Death Suit Against Scott Peterson

The family of Laci Peterson has dropped their wrongful death lawsuit against convicted murderer Scott Peterson.

A hearing in the suit filed by Sharon and Dennis Rocha was scheduled for Thursday but the court has said it was cancelled.

Not sure how to feel about this. Bad,mostly,that Laci's gone.

tkp,trust me,we are making fun of his sorry ass.

That wife/baby killing piece of crap gets no love here.We've been making fun of him from day one and speaking only for myself,if someone did a Dahmer on him while he was inside,the would would not weep for his loss,minus a few highly misguided individuals.      evileye

Looks like somebody just doesn't get it......it's called sarcasm (sp) friend. (Never could spell that word.... disbelief)

Why would the family drop the wrongful death suit against that  scum of the earth?  Don't get it.....

Honestly,I think the Rocha family realized they would be spending more money than they would ever see from this sack of human crap and didn't want to go the OJ vs. Fred Goldman route.Thing is OJ has the stacks,and Scott Peterson has nothing.Not even his balls if what I hear in that prison is true.
I feel for the Rochas. I have a daughter and if something like this happened to her,you guys would be putting money in MY commisary fund,because Lady Liberty and her sister Madam Justice don't always work,and I m not a patient woman.   evileye
