What's up with Florida? Is it the water?

I heard on the news last night that another middle school teacher in Florida has been convicted for having sex with a 14 year old student.  In the last three years, there have been 150 reports of Florida teachers having sex with students.  What's up with that?

I read that too. The first thing I thought of was Debra LeFavre did something to the water treatment plants in Florida,LOL,but nah.

Did that one woman,Beth Friedman come from Florida too?     evileye
