By now, everyone or most everyone has heard of this case. Little Kyron Hormon disappeared from his school last June, and hasn't been seen or heard from since. What makes this case so odd is that he was seen inside the school that morning (he and his stepmother had gone to the science fair the school had that day.) Yet he was marked as absent all day, as he did not make it to any of his classes. And his family didn't discover he was missing until they went to pick him up from school, and learned that he hadn't been in any of his classes. His stepmother is now considered a suspect and she is refusing to talk or cooperate with police.
I saw Kyron's father on the news last night. And my heart just went out to him. While Kyron's case is still an active, ongoing criminal investigation, there have been few leads in the last several months. Kyron's father looked as haunted as a person can be, and I can only pray he and Kyron's mother find the strength they need to carry them thru this, and that somehow, someway, their little boy is brought back to them.
It breaks my heart to have to look so far back for this topic to update this story, and sadly, I don't have anything positive to say.
This week, Terri Hormon gave her first interview since being brow beaten by the authorities from Kyron's dissapearance in the summer of 2010 until now and has been at one time the subject of a $10 million civil lawsuit by Kyron's birth mother.
She has lost her own daughter in a custody dispute with her former husband and lives now with her parents, where she is trying to rebuild a life she claims has been, "hell".
Kyron would be 13 years old today. He has never been found.
I dug in a little since I didn't give this my full attention back in the day and saw this site dedicated to finding this young man and bringing him home. Please have a look and see if you have information that might help the authorities.
Crime Watch Daily had this update on the case of missing young man Kyron Horman. Kyron's biological mother, Desiree Young has stated that several people have reported to her that Kyron was seen leaving the school where he attended with his step-mother, Terri Horman.
Terri has tried to change her name [a judge denied her request] and instead, went back to using her maiden name, Moulton. Because she was going by that name, few people realized that she was arrested for stealing a handgun from her roomate in August in 2015. Her domestic partner has filed a restraining order against her, saying that she held a knife to his throat and he didn't know what she was capable of.

From KGW.com: Authorities have closed down sections of the NW Portland area known as West Hills for a search to take place today [Sunday 7-9-17] associated with the disappearance of missing child, Kyron Hormon. MCSO say that they have received no new information has prompted the search but Desiree Young, the biological mother of Kyron, says documentation shows the case has picked up speed, with searches in March and April of this year.

I'm screwing around on Facebook a lot lately while my knee tries to knit itself back together and I've noticed there are a few pages here and there that are devoted to helping solve crimes or help find missing people.
I came across one for Kyron and the people running it seem very convinced Terri, his step mother is involved. If you guys find that interesting, look up their group. The woman is definitely unbalanced.
She also gave Dr. Phil, that whacko LOL an interview!
Now, back in the day [we've been here for years] we used to have some serious cage match throw downs between the victims and the perp's families. Some of them got down right deadly and as owner/head mod,I'd be blocking people right now. I had a very long conversation with the owner of a business that Terri frequents. I can't lie. This is debilitating for him and his family. Not to mention all this could result in something REAL BAD.
I will end with this: to blame the wrong person will end in even more drama or potentially something worse. Please let these people just try to get their lives back after the fires. I'm not posting any of our conversation, please don't ask.
But I'm not giving up. I just need to take extreme caution and hope you all will too.You don't personally know this cat and all the facts. Hang on for we don't have enough evidence.

You people have got to be kidding me. Unless you have evidence, and I mean solid proof that Terri Horman, or Terri Vasquez or whatever the hell she's calling herself is, I'd appreciate you taking it out on whoever deserves it. Not local business owners who are in no way involved, not me [I don't know any more than you do] and spend your time doing more cohesive work that may help bring closure to this tremendously sad case.
