CNN-Police in Henderson North Carolina have discovered a days old infant dead in the public restroom of a local grocery store.

On Sunday,the janitorial staff at the Bi-Lo Grocery Market found a girl stuffed into a trash can.It was obvious she had not been killed there.She appeared to be 2-3 days dead and a cause of death has not yet been determined.

While survelliance tapes have lead police to arrest two suspects,whose names have not been named,criminal charges may be filed after the autopsy.
