A friend of mine's little sister was brutally murdered a couple of yrs ago. She was beaten to death with a brick and a shovel among other things.
Her killer was found guilty today (didn't take the jury long at all to find him guilty.) He claimed he suffered a pyshotic episode due to smoking a joint right before the murder (ok duude.)
He was sentenced today to life in prison with the possibilty of parole. But he must serve 51 yrs before he can even be considered for parole. Which means he'll be at least in his 70's before he'll be considered for parole.
Carrie, I know this won't bring you back. But at least you and your family got some justice. We all miss you.
