I think it could be her. There are alot of factors that indicate it's her... not to mention her "parents" are transient. That's a great way to hide a kid. I think at least it should be checked out. If it is her, this is going to turn into a media firestorm. I really hope it's her.

Not to be the doomsayer,but really? I don't know. I have a hard time with this. And if they are really "transient" they are gonna have one crap of a time getting their hands on that kid. Let's face it between Scotland Yard and Interpol,they have a hell of a job in front of them.

I hope it is her,sincerely,but I [as usual] don't like the look of this.

I reeeeeeely wanted to be wrong about this. Sincerly. It bums me out. But let this serve as a warning: DO NOT leave your kids alone in the hotel room and even if you are just sitting within viewing distance in an courtyard,DON'T do it! Look what happened to poor Maddie! This just kills me,it really kills me,honestly. I hate thais. Please people,be responsible. It only takes a minute for a child to be snatched.

I can't even begin to imagine the pain of these parents... but nor can I imagine WTF they were thinking. When kiddo was the age maddie was when she was abducted I never left my kiddo alone.... especially while on vacay... especially in a hotel room for christ sake.

Seriously! You'd think they'd know better especially since a:they were in a different country,b:leaving them alone in a motel room and c:they should have known better being they were both doctors.

Hi Brenda,welcome. Here's the thing. Usually in a stranger abduction [as this case is being treated as such] the more time goes by,the less likely it is the child will be found alive. Now this is in America I'm referring to. The McCann case happened overseas and I don't have any basis for judgement on how they have handled it or will continue to do so in the future. Of course we all would hope she IS found alive but at this point,it's very hard to see that being the out come.
