I belong to a group on Facebook called Watching Karla Homolka, and this post links an article that goes into detail about why Karla brings the hate for many people. I can't say why for many but I can say that the crimes for her and her erstwhile husband Paul Bernardo set off feelings of disgust and fear in me. Fear mostly. Anyone with children have had a moment when they get out of sight and felt panic. I know I have. And I know the victims parents must have had to felt a million times over that feeling when their children went missing. Karla and Paul were responsible.

We haven't talked about Karla in a while. Which means she hasn't killed anyone that we know of or she's flying under the radar in the islands where she lives. I don't know which, so you pick. She should be incarcerated but,yeah, That's a no brainer.
Anyhoo, I was surfing the scum of You Tube and I found a doc that I hadn't seen about Paul and Karla and while it didn't tell me anything I didn't already know,I thought I'd post it anyway for you guys that might miss hating on Karla.

Paul is right where we left him: prison, thank God, Buddah, Jesus and Jon Bon Jovi. Even though he CAN apply for parole next year, in Canada he's been declared a dangerous offender meaning he's probably never going to get out, ever and that's a very good thing.
Karla however is a different story. Apparently she and her husband and 3 kids live in Canada again and she's turned into "a doting soccer mom". I didn't agree with this piece's decision to publish the name of her kids school. That was uncalled for--it isn't their fault their mom is psycho barbie. The school sent letters home to assure the parents that their kids were safe but it still didn't go over well at all.
Can you blame them? If it was me thunder would be rolling down the hallways, probably along with someone's head. But legally, there's nothing anyone can do.
Like she's ever going to go away. As long as she walks the streets free, people are going to be mad. And I can't say that I blame them. She lied her ass off and pretended she was a victim when in reality she was a willing participant.
This piece has caught Karla dropping her kids off and picking them up from a school that has some kind of religious affiliation. Parents are hella mad because for some reason she's been allowed to chaperone a field trip and bring her pet in for show and tell.
Can you blame them? You would or would not be down with this? Hell naw, y'all. Not even.
This was at the top of my news feed today and it was like, oh hell no. This is never going to end. I don't believe she's ever going to get a moment's peace from Karla and frankly, that's what I signed up for so that's that.
Had she accepted responsibility for her behavior and not blamed Paul for it all public sentiment might have changed but who knows? The whole thing was so God awful it is truly something obeying normal comprehension.
