North Carolina's Infamous Triple Murder Case

We all have our cases that we follow closely, never give up on, etc.  This one is mine.  And while a man has been convicted and currently sits on death row for the triple murders of a young mother and two of her three darling little girls, many believe this case is far from solved.  This case brings many aspects to light... constitutionality, double jeopardy, and crime within the military.

I read about this! Man, I don't think it's right. I think [and I'm presuming greatly now] the people who wrote the constitution and the bill of rights didn't intend this to be "justice".

How can he be guilty and then NOT guilty? After all these years you can't figure it out for sure based on a bajillion pieces of DNA?

Something smells here........

My homegirl Jules sent me a link for a documentary about this crime, the murder of the family of Timothy Hennis. Really interesting viewing, check it out.
