Steven Powell, father-in-law of missing Utah wife and mother Susan Cox Powell has been arrested again on charges that he videotaped sexually explicit material of two neighbors aged 8 and 10 in their homes in Tacoma, Washington. Susan went missing after a camping trip in which she and the boys went with Joshua and she never returned.
Steven is the father of Joshua Powell, who was the husband who killed his two young sons in a home explosion after losing custody and being focused on as the investigation centered on him, and his father who was a convicted sex offender. The elder Powell claimed he had a romantic relationship with Susan and denied knowing anything about her disapearance. Her body has never been found.
