Before I post this I should say this video is graphic. It actually shows someone getting run over, quite clearly. The video claims it is Suge Knight but we really don't have any proof of that and to quote my favorite movie, "The media controls millions of minds with their buying and selling of fear." Knight himself has said he ran over someone to get away because he was in danger of being shot.

From TMZ: TMZ has obtained the video of Suge Knight running over two men, killing one. TMZ broke the story. Suge drove to a Tam's Burgers in Compton, California, where Dr. Dre was shooting footage connected with the N.W.A [you can address what that stands for and respect our TOS.....just don't say the N word, or your IP will be banned.] biopic "Strait Outta Compton". Knight had been kicked out of a different shoot earlier and said he had gone there to make peace with Dre.
According to this link, they blurred part of the video because it was "just too gruesome." Okay.
In the event you have no idea what I'm talking about and you really care what any of this is I'm going to go the extra mile for you. N.W.A. was a rap group that came out of Compton, California in the late 80's to early 90's [86-91] and produced some of the angriest and some thought highly racist and inflammatory music to come out of the area at the time. If you ask me [and I know you didn't] but it was a reflection of the reality they lived every day and had to see play out on the streets they came from. That ain't middle America. I'm not interested in the glorification of violence but I'm dying to see this movie and if you haven't seen the trailer, here it is. It showed during the Grammy awards this year.
New York Daily News: The first man Suge Knight assaulted in the March 9th hit and run crime has told police that he, "f****d him up!" as he lay in a hospital bed giving a statement to the police according to a confidential informant. The second man, Terry Carter, died from his injuries.
Cle "Bone" Stone said that he had a verbal altercation with Knight earlier in the day and then confronted Knight at the location where Dr. Dre was filming a trailer for the upcoming film, "Strait Outta Compton".
Sloan stated he contacted Knight and began punching him through the drivers side window, at which point Knight became fearful for his safety alleging that several of Stone's associates had firearms and was in fear of being shot and killed.
The Los Angeles Times is reporting that prosecutors are asking for $25 million dollars for the founder of Death Row records Suge Knight in his bail hearing today. Knight is charged with murder, attempted murder and two counts of hit and run, with an allegation that he committed a felony while on parole in an unrelated case.
Prosecutors can not request he be held without bail since no special circumstance allegations have been made against him.
Cited was his criminal record, dating back to 1997 and including assault with a firearm and attempted murder.
New York Daily News/MSN: Marion "Suge" Knight, 49, being held on $25 million bail in Los Angeles County jail for the hit and run death he was charged in earlier this month is being, according to his lawyer, held under "outrageous" jail restrictions.
He is not allowed to use the phone, or visit with family and the only consultant meeting with him to work on his case is his lawyer. A forensic reconstructionist his lawyer wants to hire as an expert witness can't visit Knight, so he can't prepare for his trial, and will not be able to present a defense.
I don't know about all that. That bail doesn't seem excessive considering the criminal history of the man, the flight risk, the scope of his ability to have a crime of retaliation carried out against a potential victim and the fact that a man was killed in this hit and run. BUT! He should be allowed to prepare for trial. That is a basic constitutional right. He's claiming that he's not getting health care to sut his needs in there, but hey, you're in jail, dude. A man injured in the hit and run crash allegedly committed by rap mogel Suge Knight appeared on the stand Monday under immunity from prosecution for his testimony against Knight in the incident in which Knight is alleged to have killed one man and and severely injured another.
"I don't want it to get misconstrued that I told on this man," he said as he pointed at Knight. "I'm no snitch. I will not be used to Suge Knight to prison."

AFP/MSN: Fallen rap mogul Marion "Suge" Knight will be rooting for Floyd Mayweather from behind bars this weekend -- hoping his old friend can help pay his $10 million bail bill, his lawyer said Thursday.
Speaking shortly after his latest court hearing, attorney Matthew Fletcher said Knight -- who denies murder, attempted murder and hit-and-run charges -- is counting on the unbeaten Mayweather to beat Filipino great Manny Pacquiao in Las Vegas on Saturday night.
Fletcher said Mayweather "and Suge are very close friends -- have known each other for a while. Obviously he's been busy, they've both been busy, but I think we will be able to make bail."
So......Money Mayweather wins fight, bails Knight out of jail, because they are "very close friends"? Did I get that right? I haven't seen anywhere in the news that Mayweather has actually said he's going to bail him out....just this commentary that Knight's lawyer saying that if he beats Pacquieo he'll come to the rescue and....yeah. NYDN/MSN: Rap mogul Marion "Suge" Knight has hired a new lawyer. Thomas Mesereau, best known for successfully defending [and winning] Micheal Jackson's 2005 child molestation trial.
"I have had hours of discussions with Mr. Knight and I am convinced he's innocent. This case will be tried in the courtroom, not the media." he said outside a Los Angeles courtroom. "No further comment."
Well all right then. Good luck with that.Just like Jackson wasn't tried in the media, right? If I remember correctly Jackson had a field day with the media. Only difference here is Knight can't jump on his SUV and dance around like a fool.
MSN/Reuters: The widow of one of the victims in the case against Marion "Suge" Knight has filed a wrongful death suit against Universal Pictures, rappers Ice Cube, Dr. Dre, and Suge Knight himself.
The suit alleges that the makers of the upcoming film, "Strait Outta Compton", did not protect her husband, Terry Carter, who was struck and killed by Knight in an altercation in the parking lot of Tam's Burgers.
MSN/AP: A judge refused to lower bail in a hearing today [Friday 7-17-2015] in the case of Marion "Suge" Knight after determining that his lawyers had presented no new circumstances that would warrant reducing it from $10 million.
Defense attorneys showed what they described as a new, unedited version of Knight running over two men in an incident at a Tam's Burgers in January. Knight's attorney, Thomas Mesereau argued that prosecutors had painted an unfair portrait of Knight's criminal history, saying that Knight wasn't a gang member. "He is not a flight risk," stated Mesereau "He is not a danger to the community."
The judge disagreed. He also rejected a motion for a private doctor to evaluate Knight in jail, stating that he was satisfied that records showed Knight was recieving excellent medical care.
AP/MSN: Marion "Suge" Knight isn't a major character in the new biopic being released today, "Strait Outta Compton" but his presence looms large in the story of N.W.A, the rap group that changed the landscape of rap music in the Southern California area in the late 80's to early 90's. During the filming of a trailer for the film, Knight ingratiated himself at a burger joint and a confrontation turned fatal.
This is a great little piece that sheds a little perspective on the opening of the film while Knight is being sued by the family of the deceased man he allegedly ran down. His attorney, Thomas Mesererau, says he has not seen the movie and it will not effect the court case. In his own words, "We expect full exoneration for Suge Knight."

MSN/AP: A judge has delayed hearings for Marion "Suge" Knight in which they planned to detail some of the evidence in a robbery case against the former rap mogul. A continuance was issued Thursday, pushing the hearing back to October 13, 2015.
Knight and comedian Katt Williams are being charged with taking the camera of a celebrity photographer in 2014, days after Knight was shot in a nightclub. Both men have pled not guilty.
