The woman who accused Casey Anthony of defamation in a Florida courtroom has been charged with theft of a cancer patient's credit card and using it at local department stores.
45 year old Zenida Gonzales and 26 year old Jonathan Acevedo were arrested on charges of credit card theft and grand theft.
Gonzales' lawsuit against Anthony in 2013, claimed her reputation was damaged by Anthony's claim that a babysitter of the same name had kidnapped her child, who was eventually found dead. The lawsuit was thrown out in September 2015.
