Is Charles Manson Responsible For The Murder Of 19 Year Old Reet Jurvetson?

Manson family values, yo. Not exactly what any of us expect to sit down and have a Sunday dinner with.

Authorities are questioning sources in the 1969 death of a woman who was known for years as "Jane Doe 59", and only recently identified as Reet Jurvetson, 19 at the time of her death. The location of her remains and the brutality of the crime are making people think that Manson/ Family associates may be responsible for her death and disapperarance. Jurvetson was identified through DNA.

In October, investigators visited Manson to ask if he recognized a photo of Jurvetson, but no new information was revealed. At his age and being as bat crazy as he is, does anyone really expect him to be able to remember anything like that? Frankly, I'm amazed that dude is still alive.

Anyway, Manson has hinted that there were more victims and while that's certainly a possibility, none of his associates are likely to speak up about it at this late date. What can they get out of it? A reduction in sentence? Nah! Here's your link from crimefeed.com.

People magazine [dated May 9, 2016 with Prince on the cover] has a short profile of the murder of 19 year old Reet Jurvetson who was formerly known as "Jane Doe #59". After 46 years of not knowing, through DNA, she was identified by her sister, Anne. Reet was born in Sweden in 1950, and moved to Canada with her family while she was an infant. Her parents never filed a missing person's report, assuming that Reet was off living her life somewhere and that she would someday materialize on her own, which sadly has not been the case.

Since Manson has alluded to the fact that there may be more victims [and who knows what the hell he's talking about] we have no way of knowing if she was a member of the family or a victim of the family. Sad and tragic any way you look at it.
