It happened where I live. Back in 1999, this little girl, Mikelle Biggs went missing while waiting for an ice cream truck.
She has never been seen since.
Today it's being widely reported that a $1 bill was turned in to police that had the words " I'm Miquela Biggs" and more verbiage, stating her disappearance and that she is alive.
I saw this morning that ABC 15, which is our affiliate here for the ABC Network, is reporting that Mikelle Biggs, a Mesa, AZ girl who was 11 when she went missing in AZ and has become a symbol of home for the community where she lived. He'es a link to that interview. I could just cry. I know nobody wants to see something like this have a traumatic end. Please take a moment to remember this little one and her loved ones.
