I have given every opportunity for people to change the way that they post, they have decided that they will not. This thread will be for people who are to be banned from the site permently. Their names will go up on this thread for one day. They will have exactly one day to state their case as to why they should not be banned. If I don't agree with it-they are booted. Simple as that. Verbal abuse, refusal to follow managements rules and regulations, flaming, posting on threads not related to topic, harrassment, insiuations, threats, cutdowns - you name it - he's done it.
You can kick me off as a memeber, thats fine , but I feel that if I should go then Itsy should go also-------She as I told you has attacked me on the jameason site. I did not get responce to my complaints about her being a conflict in this. OK HOW about me being ingeorant is that not flamming!!!!!!!!!!!!! WHY did my complaints not get a respones. No itsy is a flammer and she cares for no one but herself and the Butt's case, well as ITSY already knows the case is going to be prosecuted! I has supper again last night. We did discuss all this, and he agrees, Itsy did nothing but attack him. I feel she has lied and or stolen my property. No different than Shadow, sshe has told me defferent stories every time I have spoken with her. Then there is Winds she wants to use the motercycle element and LAW ENFORCEMENT to threaten me. I'm very happy that I have told the truth. So If you kick me for not following rules I feel they are rules that you have created, so you go on do just like Cass Co. control free speach. I'm sorry that I didn't make for friend happy, but she makes other memembers unhappy also. Thank you for allowing me to print the truth, not lies and not hide the facts!!

Steven, First and foremost, I am not going to get into a verbal debate with you about freedom of speech. I do believe that I have been MORE than leneint with you and your postings. It is not even so much what your postings say, but your failure to follow the simple rules that I have set forth. They are not complicated, nor are they hard to understand. I understand you wanting to talk about your sons death-this is the perfect place for you to do it, it is the perfect place for you to get his information and any injustice into the public eye as Justice Junction gets about 150,000 hits per day. The wrong way is the way you are doing it. It is totally wrong for you to attempt to get into a verbal arguement with me-the owner. Not that I need to explain my actions to you, or anybody for that matter, but I am in the process of taking final exams for my Police Operations and Criminal Procedures Class-that is why you haven't received a response to your email as of yet. I dealt with what I felt couldn't wait until next week until my final exams were over. That is my point about you-you are so full of anger and resentment that you do not take into consideration ANYONE elses feelings or their situation. I don't want to ban you-I think that you bring a lot of very good information and debate to this forum, but by God, don't you dare EVER accuse of me of anything unless you have some proof to back it up-do you understand me? It is with a heavy heart that I banned Steven Jones and Jan Clem. I feel that I gave them every opportunity to follow the rules. The very last straw came when Mr. Jones cursed at me. I obviously deleted the post though I do have it stored in history as I am reporting it to the police in my home town and his as well. I will also provide both police departments with full transcripts of ALL messages that both Jan Clem and Steven Jones have written while on this board. Mr. Jones last message was a threat, at least I took it that way, at the very least it was harrassment and if charges can be filed to that affect, I most certainly will file them. Let this be a warning to all-I am not playing around when it comes to the rules and regulations of the forum. If you have a problem with one of the moderators, feel free to come to me and I will discuss it with them, but generally-the moderators use their own disgression when watching over the board. I trust them and I trust their judgement. I don't have the time with college and five children to watch over it-that's why I have moderators so if you feel like you are having a problem with someone on the board-contact a moderator, they will help you. I just got back from NYC and the board looks good.Nice to see the flamers are being brought in line,there is no need for any of that. People who don't follow the rules should be banned. Come on people act like you got some sense!
