AOL rejecting legit business email

AOL has started rejecting emails from our business to ALL of our clients that use an AOL email address. No other domain has a problem. This started about Jan. 8 to 10th. I do make daily tests to see if it is still blocked.

HOW do we get this looked into? I got a free AOL email account just to find a way to ask them but they do not provide me with an email support or calling support.

I have tried asking a couple customers to find out form AOL but they are not having any luck either!

This is strange because we only send emails to people that have contacted us first and given us their address.

Our customers want to get their email but nothing gets in at all! Not even after our clients turn OFF all protection! No blocking, no filtering. NADA! They do not even see it in their spam folder.

This is what our server tells us:
--------------------------------

Hi. This is the qmail-send program at server1.kismetbusinessbrokers.com.
I'm afraid I wasn't able to deliver your message to the following addresses.
This is a permanent error; I've given up. Sorry it didn't work out.

<dkf1jr@aol.com>:
aol.com rejected message.
Remote host said: TRANSACTION FAILED

{message copy here}
------------------------------------------

Anyone got any ideas?
Dave

Hi Dave,
I'm Anna, aka annarocket co-owner of Justice Junction and I moderate this board.

I have a couple of ideas.Let me contact a few people and see what I can do.No promises though.AOL is notorious for their horrible business practices.

This issue is RESOLVED.

Found a phone number finally at http://www.postmaster.aol.com/
888-212-5537

Someone answered within a minute and listened, found that a block was set, removed the block and showed me how to get on a "feedback loop" so that We would get notices of any further complaints or block requests.

The problem was finding a phone number!

AOL is still the most annoying e-mail/messenger/internet provider/browser service ever... i admit to having an account with them... but i rarely use it... it sucks so bad.

Hi reese welcome to our board. I'm annarocket,as you well know.

All of you guys can look at our complaints section to see what we are getting as far as people having problems with different services. You'll notice AOL is right up there. I've had hundereds of emails about how crummy they are.
