We had a tragedy in our county. A police officer was shot and killed for doing his job. He stopped to help 2 people who had run out of gas. Instead of a thank you he was shot in the head. One person is currently in custody in Marion, Ohio. The other is still on the run. Please be on the lookout for Juan Carlos Cruz. He is 20 years old. He is considered armed & dangerous. His photo can be seen on NBC4news.com. All leads can be called into the Marion County Sheriff Dept. #740-382-8244. The officers name is Brandy Windfield. He is survived by a wife & 2 sons. Contributions for his sons may be made to Fahey Bank. I will list more info it becomes available!
