Killer apologizes,asks jury to spare his life

In the penalty phase of the Bobby Cutts case,where he is being decided to be sentenced to life in prison with varying degrees of parole,or the death penalty,Bobby has decided to throw himself on the mercy of the jury,asking them to spare his life.He contends the whole thing was an accident and to please do not send him to death.

The jury has spared the life of Bobby Cutts and has sentencenced him to 57 years in life in jail for killing the mother of his child and the woman also pregnant with his second child.

He will be 87 when he is eligigible for parole. evileye
