Looks like Phil's going to get his wish. He's being moved to a different facility. The story says it isn't about "Mr. Spector",it's about other inmates getting services,blah blah blah......evileye

I can't believe that rat bastard is getting moved. Since when do we bow down to the wishes of cold blooded killers like Spector. There's only one place I'd be more than happy to see him move to: 6 feet under.

After reading Tammi's book and the chapter by Eric I really don't believe that this prison is a breeze. I do however think it is a bit farther away from LA if I'm not mistaken.

Rolling Stone Magazine for the week of September 15,2011 is reporting that the California State Supreme Court has refused to review producer Phil Spector's 2009 murder conviction of the murder of actress Lana Clarkson.

This is the second failed appeal this year for Spector who is serving a 19 year sentance for the 2003 shooting.          evileye
