The following is one of Chattanooga, Tn's oldest, and coldest missing person's cases.  It's been twenty years since she was abducted in broad daylight, and her family still has no answers.  Help find justice for Tonetta Carlisle.  I remember this case very well.  She was abducted just a few blocks from where I was growing up.  After she disappeared, I was never allowed outside without my brother or a group of friends again.
