JORAN VAN DER SLOOT CONFESSES TO KILLING pERUVIAN WOMAN

Joran Van Der Snoot has confessed to the murder of Stephanie Flores-Rameriz in Peru last May.,according to CNN.

He will argue that he was temporararly insane when killing her,also known as "violent emotion" defense when he strangled her. Stephanie was looking at his laptop when he got out of the shower and going through it,according to the AP.

If convicted of first degree murder,he will be elegible for 13 to 25 years if convicted. Now here's the kicker:If his insanity plea is accepted,he will be up for a 20 year sentence of which he could potentially serve only 3-5years.
