Come on peeps. She did it? Or She"s gonna skake for something Rafale did? She was for sure guilty of in innapropriapate behavior----pretty much everywhere all over Italy and for sure all over Perugia which is a very small town,I don't think most Americans realize how small Perugia really is.
Or did she little and 2 others have a little 3 some planned and someone didn't want to play and some bad went down.....
I never thought she commited the actual killing. I have always thought her boyfriend did it, and she helped him cover it up (either she was forced to help him cover it up, or she did it willingly, still on the fence about that one.) I will say though, if anything, this case has brought to light how horrific the Italian justice system is (sheesh, and I thought the justice system in the U.S. had problems. ) I regret that at this point, it looks like Meredith Kercher will not receive the justice she deserves. Only option left for the Kercher family at this point is for the prosecution to file with the Surpeme Court in Italy, though that will take weeks, if not months. One thing I am wondering. We all know Amanda Knox behaved very inappropriately while in Italy. I wonder if Meredith behaved just as in approprately? Not that it justifies her being murdered, of course not. But it could have set the chain of events in motion that led to her murder.
As to whether or not I agree with sending her home, I do, because there is too much reasonable doubt for me. I certainly don't think she's completely innocent in all of this, but neither do I think that she is the ultimate villain in all of this either. I don't think we'll ever know the completely truth in this case.
The prosecution in this case (if you can even call them that, bunch of incompetent, corrupt aholes) has announced they are definitely moving foreward with an appeal, and will appeal to Italy's Supreme Court. This just infuriates me. The DNA was proven to have been completely faulty, and there are several other more likely scenarios that they need to consider of what really happened. So Instead of admitting that yes, they may have possibly made a mistake, they are bound and determined to keep going after Amanda Knox. I don't think the prosecution has any interest at all in seeing justice served for Meredith Kercher, they just want to make themselves look good. They are refusing to consider any other possibilities other than that Meredith is the sole guilty party in all of this. Seems to be a problem that we have in the U.S. Justice system as well. Too often, the victims are forgotten, and justice is abanonded, all because people don't want their bruised egos getting any more bruised.
It's true.A line from one of my fave movies about serial killers says,"The media made them superstars" and it is so true in today's society. The criminal gets glamourized and the victim is the one who winds up having their personal and professional lives being dragged through the mud.The victim is lost.
It sucks but if anyone wants to take me on with this theory, come get some.I will prove you wrong. The media makes the criminal look like it's a prime time media event whenever they show them on the news. And all the major newsworks are guilty of it.
