Oh my gosh.Prayers for the family and prayers for the police to catch the person who did this. I can't even make my trademark smiley face at the end of my post,this bums me out so bad.

As usual, the story is always more complicated than it first appears... now authorities are unsure if the mother went willingly with this man, who is said to be a "family friend", or if she was abducted. The children are considered abducted. Unfortauntely, in the search for this family, two bodies have been discovered. However, authorities have yet to release any further info.

Sadly, the bodies that were found have been identified as missing Tn mother Jo Ann Bain and her oldest daughter, 14 yr old Adrienne Bain. Her other two daughter remain missing and are believed to be with the kidnapper, Adam Mayes. Let's hope the other 2 daughters are still alive and are rescued before he can hurt them any more.

Saw the update you posted in the DR's office. Let's just try and think about the other two girls right now.Pray for them,send them your positive thoughts,do whatever you do. This just sucks.Why are the kids always the ones caught up in the mix? evileye

Finally a somewhat happy ending... the surviving daughters have been found alive and are on their way to a hospital. This sick you know what died of a self inflicted gunshot wound after police caught up with him and the girls and surrounded them.

Of course he's dead! He knew he was a dead man walking. He killed a mother and her child. This guy had nothing left to lose.

He didn't kill the other two because he believed they were his,is what I was led to believe [Ann Curry,MSNBC].

Hey Phil,
If you want to show respect to some sick fill in the blankhead who shot himself in the head because his plot to kidnap 2 little girls unraveled you go right the heck ahead. I howver will be dancing or defecating on his grave. This man deserves no respect at all... he killed a mother, and 1 child, and traumatized two other children for life. So why the heck should we show him any respect just because he's dead now? I will however show him gratitude.... gratitude for putting a bullet in his brain and ridding the world of another whacko.

Okay....I know everyone's thinkin it,but I honestly don't want to give this guy any more time. Can we have further posts pertaining to the kids now? Anyone got anything new on them? evileye

Only new detail I have seen released on the kids is that they have been reunited with their father. And they also told investigators that at the time they were found, they hadn't eaten or had any water in almost 3 days.
