Seems that TN isn't the only state to pass stupid laws.   New York decided that it's NOT a crime to view online child porn... yes you read that right, it's NOT a crime.  Though it's a bit more complicated than it sounds... because, why come up with laws that are easy to understand and simple?

While it's legal to view online child porn images that are already stored in your computer, it's a little cloudy as to whether it's still legal in NY to actually download child porn from the internet to your pc.  And it's illegal to possess, distribute, create, promote, or afacilitate child porn in NY... yet somehow I don't guess it's considered posession if you have child porn on your pc?  I don't know it's all greek to me.

Either way, it's ridiculous.  Child Porn and everyone and everything associated with it should be completely and totally outlawed.
