So what's Casey been up too lately? She's been serving her 1 yr probation from a bad checks case (unrelated to Caylee's case), in Florida, and her probation ends today. However her legal woes do not. In January, she will face a new trial. Remember when she lied to the police about her daughter's disappearence, and in doing so, gave them what she thought was a fake name of a nanny/babysitter that cops later found out didn't exist? Well it turns out that while the nanny/babysitter doesn't exist, a woman with the "fake name" actually does exist, and she's suing the pants off Casey Anthony for using her name. The woman claims she lost her job, which in turn caused her to lose her home, because of Casey Anthony using her name in the investigation into Casey's daughter disappearence.
She's going to be deposed in that court case. I don't see how she can get out of it. If that woman is smart,she'll drag it out untill Casey is off probation and can't hide from the public.
