Ok,seriously.The only reason I even know is because it's happening where I live and the media coverage is pretty spectacular. Looks like Ms. Arias is close to the end. Closing arguments are under way and they sound like they are getting a little heated. You know they have to prove beyond a "reasonable doubt" to find her guilty. I am on the fence. Obviously she did it,she said so herself. But all the lying! Come on. I'd like to think the people of the [occasionally] great state of Arizona will find her guilty. It sure as hell seems like she is.

Because you only get one thread on this board [if I can help it!] Here's Ms. Arias in her latest bit of tomfoolery........

The defense attorneys have asked for the death penalty to be taken off the table in the sentencing phase of Jodie's trial, alleging that a long line of prosecutorial misconduct has wrecked Jodie's chance with a jury. Funny thing about this, my uncle got thrown off this jury for saying she should swing, something I found hilarious. He's a veteran, served his country with pride and my hero, no doubt.

Anyhoo, the state is still searching for a jury for the sentencing phase that can be impartial. Over 400 potential jurors have been called and over 224 have been sent home for assorted reasons. Among the questions asked:

*"Have you read or seen coverage of this case in the media?"

*"Can you decide this case only on the evidence presented in this courtroom?"

*"Can you set aside what you have seen or heard and be impartial?"

NO JOKE. I mean, really? Why are you wasting my tax dollars [mine, yes, mine this is happening where I live] with this stupidity? Impartial? You can't be serious. Link.

Thanks you goober. Since you've been gone you have missed about.....nothing. It's just more crap about how she was the victim of abuse [I don't believe a word of that.] They have tried to have the death penalty taken off the table because of the supposed evidence of pornography [child porno] on Travis Alexander's computer [I don't believe a word of that either] I can't for the life of me figure out why his personal porno, assuming he really had it and it was wiped off his hard drive would be a mitigating factor in her sentencing. Not only did she kill that man, she butchered him. I believe the term is overkill. And told so many lies that I doubt she even knows what the truth is.

I read a great book called "Exposed: The Secret Life Of Jodi Arias" by Jane Velez Mitchell, the HLN reporter. [ISBN 978-0-06-230399-8] I feel bad for the Alexander family. Those people have been through hell and this crap should have been over a long, long time ago.

I'm almost scared to say this because I might be jinxing it but the end may be near.....

The prosecution has rested it's case, indicating the end might be near for this long and ridiculous saga. Arias was found guilty of the 2008 murder of Travis Alexander and could not agree in the penalty phase in 2014. The defense has suggested that Alexander's personality has somehow warranted the reaction as self defense which lead to murder. It has been alleged but not proven that Alexander had child pornography on his computer.

I just feel ill. Seriously? This woman should have been sentanced so long ago and this is sad.

I was reading some of the post-verdict stuff on Jodi this morning, I've been trying to avoid it since SO many people including myself and Navywife were mad and disagreed with the verdict. A mistrial? Seriously with that ? I'm sorry but that is just .

Wrong answer, Arizona, I'm personally embarrassed to be from here right now.

I hate this town right now, I really really do. We let down the family of Travis Alexender.

I digress. While I was looking at the post verdict stuff, I saw that Jodi's parents made a video for her website asking for donations for her legal fund! How in the HELL did I miss that?! Usually I smell that a mile away and call out the offender but I missed that. It comes from a go Jodi site that offers a couple of things: watch the video of her rents beg for money for her or donate money for her because she was "wrongfully convicted". If I keep going I'm just going to get more pissed so here's your link.

About News.com: We all know what happened and Judge Sherri Stevens is going to sentence her on April 13. Her punishment will be either life in prison for the rest of her natural life or life with the possibility of parole.

I got this in my email today and I was kinda, you know.....

May 16th, 2015: The 11-1 holdout for giving Jodi the death penalty is being accused of being a "Stealth" juror who lied her way into the jury to punish prosecutor Juan Martinez who sent her ex-husband to prison 15 years ago! WTFF?! She claimed she didn't recognize him until they she was actually chosen as a juror because she'd only seen him on tv. What in the hell?!? I thought my head was going to implode when I read that, I seriously did. Juror #17 is also receiving police protection because of death threats and being stalked. According to her, "I didn't ask for this. I just showed up for jury duty."

I'm sure Jodi thanks God for her every day. There are other great links on that site about Jodi and her pathological illness that led her to murder. This has become so sick. I don't know what the hell is wrong with that girl but she needs to be institutionalized.

AP/MSN: A judge has ordered that Jodi Arias must pay restitution to the family of Travis Alexander to the tune of $30K. The family asked for $100k but did not present reciepts to back up that amount.

The judge says that this may be an impossibility as she is incarcerated. I actually disagree. She sells these completely stupid paintings and gives the money to charity. Why can they not seize proceeds from this crap and earmark it for the family of the victim? I'm not sure if she is still producing art or able to release them to a second party for sale [law prohibits the profit from her art directly] but if they can find a way to seize assets, by all means.

So, I have two posts for you about Jodi Arias. She got herself into some trouble while incarcerated and we'll get to that in a minute.

First, while I was looking it up and getting ready to post that Dr. Phil is having a special that I'm going to have to DVR about her recent shenanagans I saw this user comment about why Travis was murdered and how Jodi is innocent. It refers to PPLS and that stands for Pre Paid legal Services,the company Travis Alexender worked for. Now, I'm not saying I agree with any of this, I don't at all. In fact, I think it sounds pretty stupid. But just because I like to post as many viewpoints as I can, I'm going to hit you all up with this.

The real scoop on Travis. If you had watched the trial in T.V. there was an issue with porn being deleted from Travis laptop. Of which there was porn sites associated with either actual Tween porn or actors portraying theirself as Tweens engaged in sex. The porn was deleted. Then there is the 12 year old little girl comment that Travis made to Jodi during a sexually conversation that Travis started that Jodi did not have any idea of what he was going to say. His comment was "The way you moan it sounds like a 12 year old little girl having her first orgasm....its hot!" There were other texts between Jodi and Travis where Travis talked of how he wanted to rape Jodi and it would be the best sex she ever had along with talking to her about how she was to be his whore and do anything that he wanted her to do. Then there is also Travis liking Jodi in braids which is mostly associated with how young girls wear their hair but is nothing more than a hairstyle. Ask a Viking if their braids make them 12 year old little girls. The connection is that Travis had emailed a nine year old little girl whose father got the email instead and called Travis inquiring why he was calling his nine year old daughter. Travis' response was that the email was Spam. Now how did Travis get the email of the nine year old to begin with and why is PPLS a company who sells Legal Permits basically spamming their scam to nine year olds. Basically when you look at the real facts of the case Travis had a sexual desire for young girls based on the comments and associated porn. It could be that PPLS found out about the porn and little girl comment made to Jodi along with the other texts and realized that if Jodi released the 12 year old little girl comment to the public that an investigation into PPLS might reveal more than what they wanted the public to find out given the fact that Chris Hughes, Skye Hughes husband and both whom were Travis friends had worked as the VP of Solider Hollow where they been a sexual assault case involving a 40 year old man who had told authorities what had happened to him at Soldier Hollow nearly 20 years earlier. The teacher involved was charged with sexual assault. So you can see there are definite paths and traits surrounding Travis of being involved with sexual crimes relating to young boys and girls that if the recorded conversation regarding the 12 year old girl had gotten out that a full investigation would have taken place with the darker side of PPLS being discovered. PPLS couldn't allow this happen so they followed Jodi, one of the friends of Travis said that she knew Jodi's every movement and waited until Jodi showed up Travis' house. Intruders then killed Travis and took the naked images of Jodi and Travis to create the appearance of sexual foreplay that proved that both were sexual deviants as well as Jodi being at the crime scene. Jodi's hair Along with DNA mixed with Travis and Jodi's DNA was found and use to convict her of murdering Travis, just so PPLS would not be investigated and found to have been engaged in child sexual abuse. PPLS had already been determined to have been a scam and right before Travis was killed was taken to court.

She denied knowing it was offensive and our TOS won't let me say the whole thing...she called a guard a rooster blocker [if you can get the idea] because she was denied getting a hair cut. It sounds like something I'd make up, but I promise I'm not making it up.
