Murder In A Small Mississippi Town

A gay, black, mayoral candidate was murdered in February in a small Mississippi town.  The Sherriff has yet to visit the victim's family.   Something stinks in Clarksdale, Mississippi.... it's the smell of corruption:

That's a LOT to take in. Still,I read all the way to the end and even through the comments to see if my conclusions were the same as the people reading the article and sadly, they were. What does Emmitt Till have to do with the death of this man who wanted to become the mayor of his hometown and effect change in an ecominically depressed area? Emmitt Till WAS NOT GAY. Emmitt Till was 14 at the time of his death. Marco was not a child!

Furthermore I'm sick of the whole "the devil down South" commentary, such as the article stating the town being the place where famed blues guitarist Robert Johnson sold his soul to the devil for the extraordinary talent he possessed and was portrayed in the movie "Crossroads". Can we just get past all that crap and on to the facts of the case?

Facts being stated,Marco was murdered and the cororner would not sign the autopsy certificate because he was staking his professional reputation on it. Come on now people. Please. CNN,give it a rest already.
