This was so disturbing it took me a whole day to even process the fact someone would do something so wrong. Just wrong in every sense of the word. I can't think of any way to explain or rationalize this. No amount of study or education will explain this man's behavior. People will want to know why he did this, and look at all kinds of reasons, and point to factors as reasons.

There isn't going to be a simple answer. And for once, I don't have anything sarcastic or smart to say.

Timothy Jones Jr. is being held on 5 counts of murder in the killing of his  children ages 1-8. Their mother, whom he had an acrimonious divorce from, reported him and the children missing after he failed to appear and  was not available for her visitation date. He was the primary caregiver.
