I saw this on my MSN news feed this morning and I thought it was really informative. I never knew how the method of death by firing squad worked and was unsure how many states, if any still used this method of execution.
Utah Gov. Gary Herbert approved a law that would bring back the firing squad in the only state to use it in 40 years. Under the law, firing squads will be used only if lethal injection is not an option due to the shortage of drugs used to administer for the procedure.
