This was sent to me by a very good friend from back in the day [ Joyce!!!!! I miss you!!! I love you!!!!] Please take a minute to look at this and see if anything rings a bell. Remember,these are innocent children being manipulated by adults.Please join me in supporting this most worthwhile cause and keep theses kids in a safe place.I couldn't get the photos to load but I'll try again when my kid who isn't as computer retarded as myself can  tell me how to make it happen!!  


Kidnapped Kokinakos Children

On Friday, August 18, 2006... Christy Kokinakos was awarded full custody of her children. Steve, her husband, was ordered to pay child support as well as attend an anger management class and undergo an evaluation by a court pyschiatrist. Their 3 boys were to be turned over to Christy at the ****eysville, MD police station no later than 8pm that day...


Steve never showed.


There is much back story to this, but the crux is that Steve has kidnapped his children and is currently running from the law. It looks like he is no longer in Baltimore Maryland; he has additional family in Florida, but he could have taken the boys anywhere.

Updates





Update 1 - 8/23/2006The following Monday (8/21/2006), the judge who awarded Christy full custody set out a warrant for the children's return. This means that for the time being, Steve will not be arrested if he returns the children. His location is still unknown, although we have had a tip he may be in Texas.





Update 2 - 8/24/2006A warrant for Steve's arrest has now also been issued.





Update 3 - 8/27/2006Still no word on Steve or the children's where-abouts. On the other hand, awareness of the situation is spreading throughout the country. I've received a few calls this past weekend from people who want to know if this is true, and some who plan on reposting. To them, and everyone who has been helping to spread awareness, thank you. My role: Christy attends my church, Horizon. She is also a part of my "Link Group" (aka: "Small Group", "House Chuch", etc...) as well as the best friend of another friend of mine. And so the distress of these events have been felt among many people within her community. We all want to do what we can to assist in having the children safely returned to her care.
